Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 18, 2026

Your privacy matters. This page describes what EYN collects, how it's used, and the choices you have.

1. Introduction

Welcome to EYN (EYN stands for “Everything You Need”). We provide a collection of free and premium online tools — converters, downloaders, generators, AI utilities, and more.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using our website you agree to the practices described here.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

  • Account information. If you create an account, we collect your email address, a hashed password (or social login identifier), and an optional display name.
  • Content you submit. Files, text, URLs, prompts, and other inputs you provide so a tool can process them. Most tools process inputs in-memory or on short-lived storage and discard them after the operation completes.
  • Usage data. Pages visited, tools used, timestamps, referrer, IP address, browser type, device type, and approximate location derived from your IP.
  • Payment information. If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment details are collected and stored by our payment processor (Stripe). We never see or store your full card number.
  • Cookies & local storage. Used for authentication sessions, theme preferences, and basic analytics. See the Cookies section below.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Operate, maintain, and improve the tools and features.
  • Authenticate users and keep accounts secure.
  • Process payments and manage subscriptions.
  • Respond to support requests and communicate service updates.
  • Detect and prevent abuse, fraud, and violations of our terms.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use the content you submit to train AI models.

4. Third-Party Services

We rely on a small set of trusted providers to run the service. Each one only receives the data needed to perform its function.

  • Supabase — authentication, database, and file storage.
  • Vercel — application hosting and edge delivery.
  • Stripe — payment processing and subscription management.
  • AI providers (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) — to power AI-based features such as chat, summarization, and content detection. Prompts you send to these tools are forwarded to the relevant provider for processing.
  • Analytics — aggregate, privacy-respecting analytics to understand which tools are used and to spot reliability issues.

Each provider has its own privacy policy that governs how it handles data on its side.

5. Cookies & Local Storage

We use cookies and browser local storage for essential functionality (authentication sessions, CSRF protection, preferences such as theme) and for limited analytics.

You can clear cookies and local storage at any time through your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may prevent you from signing in or using certain features.

6. Data Retention

  • Uploaded files processed by tools are typically deleted immediately after the operation completes, or within 24 hours at the latest.
  • Account data is retained for as long as your account exists. Deleting your account removes your profile and associated saved data.
  • Usage logs are retained for a limited period for security, debugging, and abuse prevention, then deleted or anonymized.
  • Billing records are retained as required by tax and accounting laws.

7. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
  • Delete your account and the personal information associated with it.
  • Export a copy of your data in a portable format.
  • Object to or restrict certain types of processing.
  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at luke@wilsonriplag.com.

8. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards — TLS in transit, encryption at rest, hashed passwords, scoped access tokens, and least-privilege database policies — to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, but we work continuously to reduce risk.

If you discover a security issue, please report it responsibly to luke@wilsonriplag.com.

9. Children's Privacy

EYN is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can remove it.

10. International Users

Our services are operated from the United States and may be accessed worldwide. By using the service from outside the United States, you consent to your information being transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes will be highlighted on the site or communicated by email when appropriate.
